I had some acne on my shoulders, and I scratched them so now there are like little scabs. How can I get rid of them really quickly?? I heard of using honey or crushing up aspirin, but what works??

Won't that hurt??

I've had that before, Honey does work but the aspirin does nothing. Aspirin is meant for oral-consumption, which means you take it by the mouth. And it's meant to be a pain reliever, for fevers, menstrual cramps, etc.
Use a topical acne wash when showering, like Neutrogena Grapefruit Acne Wash, or use the honey method.
Although there really isn't a 'really quick' method to get rid of them, Scabs don't vanish overnight. Your skin needs time to heal. For now, try what I recommended, or go to a doctor or parent/guardian, older sister, etc. for some help. Don't be afraid to speak up c:
