Hey what's a good everyday lip colour like tinted capstick that does not get stuck to your hair when the wind blows!? preferably something with moisturizer if possible?

Fresh tinted lip balm. It's pricey but they have a decent range of colors and it's super moisturizing. The non-tinted one is my favorite but the tinted ones have exactly the same amount of moisture.

I thought that the baby lips brand was awesome until I bought some of the loreal the balm they are so moisturizing and has the perfect tint.
