@Alma, here it is, this was a few hours into the party :) I wore white jeans and shirt, my chucks, I ordered the badge from a guy on ebay for $2, the apron for like $4, bought the paint pen to make the apron for a few bucks and snagged my kids headband. For like $10 I had a costume. All about homemade, and being comfy at the same time. Thinking something homemade but unique for this year too. Our friends and family both have annual parties the same night usually so I always try to find something kid friendly for the most part. I was thinking supernanny or something on a play of words, like a cereal killer lol for this year! I'll start putting together a plan in august :)
