You should use the oil cleanse method, instead of store face washes! It literally has done miracles to my skin!! (I used to have oily/acne prone skin due to hormones, and everything has cleared up magnificently!

Jackie -- it sounds like it would be horrid, but you wash your face with oil. Google it and you'll find sooo much info about it and what oils can be used for different skin types!..I personally use grapeseed oil as a cleanser, the hold a hot washcloth over my face, rinse off and then take a teeny tiny bit (like one drop haha) and use as a moisturizer... My skin literally has never been better!
