I've heard about toners all the time but I don't really know what it is, how you use it and what it's for? If you could tell me that would be great!

A toner evens out your skin tone. my forehead is darker than the rest of my face, so a toner just makes it all even. if your face is an even skin tone, then I wouldn't recommend using one. you put the toner all over your face

Sorry! I said the wrong thing!! that's a skin tone evener! please ignore that. but a toner removes all your excess makeup After washing your face. it also preps for face for further moisturiation. ignore my first comment. I'm not sure how to delete it sorry!
