To increase your followers you need to be committed, and that means not blogging/vlogging JUST to gain followers. You need to have passion in what you do. However i also know that when you do have passion in what you do its still hard to gain more followers. You should try going on to other peoples blogs and leaving you URL behind when you comment. Try doing tags which help you videos get noticed, and you could also try giveaways? I'm pretty new at this so im sorry if i wasn't any help! :')
