I wear my hair braided everyday if I'm just sittin at home :) it helps keep your hair tangle free and helps it keep from breakage so it can grow longer :)

I don't see why not, as long as its not a super tight braid and pulling on your hair follicles or braided when wet. It would most likely prevent it from getting tangled and messy at night so that could actually help with breakage. And then of course you get gorgeous waves :)

I always get that bump at the bottom where my hairband was. Be careful to avoid breakage, your hair is more vulnerable when wet. I would spray some leave in conditioner, I like Aussie Hair Insurance, and then braid it. Sleep on it, take a shower the next day, and BAM instant silky soft hair.
