My ends are so dry, I don't even use heat or anything damaging. I don't want to use silicones. I want a natural fix..

It's maybe time to trim your ends. I have dried ends too and I do use heat products daily (straightener) is there any way to fix that, the last thing I want is to cut my hair.

COCONUT OIL ALL THE WAY! I just used it on my hair because I have the same problem and I feel a difference already plus it prevents damage and leaves your hair silly and smooth (:

I don't use heat, I only wash my hair twice a week, I put honey in my hair then rinse out once a week, I trimmed my ends, I use heat protectant spray if I need to blow dry my hair, itake prenatals - and yet the lower half of my hair still feels like straw hay.
What the hell do I do?! -_-

I have super damaged hair that feels like its going to break off if I just look at it BUT I tried a hair mask yesterday and my hair is sooo soft even after sleeping on it. It doesn't smell the greatest just to warn you but its the only thing I've found to work. You take two egg yokes and mix it well with two tablespoons of 100%extra virgin olive oil. Then app one cup of water to it and stir. Heat it up in a pan or microwave until its warm not hot. After you shower put it on your end and let it dry then rinse it out and style as normal. (:

Sorry to say, but you have to cut your hair. If it's dry, you can probably add nourishment with oils like Macademia nut oil or virgin coconut oil but if it's DAMAGED dry well then it's have to go. I've dealt with both. Honestly save yourself the trouble and money and cut the hair. It'll be better for you in the long run.

Coconut oil or olive oil on your ends. Dampen your ends then soak them in the oil then put a gorocery bag on them and tie it. The reason for this is so the moisture is penatrating your strands and can not get out. Then rinse with cool water. Try doing this 1-3 times a week it will help.
