So I have noticed this small bumps on my chin lately and have no idea what they are. They aren't zits, they are just tiny bumps of raised skin (no color but the natural color of my skin). I tried exfoliating but they didn't go away and its getting worse. What should I do? And what are they? Thanks.

Hmm.. A pic would help, but from what I gather it sounds like what happens if I don't exfoliate often enough, or if my skin has gotten really dry lately. Just keep exfoliating and moisturizing unless they get red, inflamed, or itchy. Then you should see a doctor.

Oh I have the same problem! Sometimes it is just because of the cold (windburn) which can also make your skin dry or irritated. Try rubbing the skin with hot water 3 or 4 times a day... This is what I did and they vanished!
