Oil your hair regularly preferably with coconut/olive oil (extra virgin). Wash your thrice a week, avoid washing everyday. It strips of the natural oils which hair needs for healthy growth. Use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner.
Protect the ends by tying a lose bun. Stay away from heat styling. Also you can look upon on net for hair masks for growth.
And ya, oil your hair with lukewarm oil, just heat the amount you use in the microwave before applying. And keep the oil overnight, wash it the next day.
I just do these things and stay away from any products. I have seen better results for my hair.:)
