Hair color probz... :/

Okay, so I used to get blonde highlights all the time when I was little, and now I really want them again. It would be all over highlights, NOT CARAMEL or anything, real blonde. My hair would be mostly blonde, with a little brown. But I like it darker for the winter months... :/ I'm torn! And I don't want to have to deal with roots or having to get highlights again because it grew out... Would I look good blonder? Should I just keep it brown? Ugh, such a hard decision. Here's a good pic of my hair. No, I wouldn't consider dying it any other colors than maybe wen a deeper brown.

Go blonde! It's summer.. Time to change up your hair! Winter is in a loooong time. Don't think about the future, focus on what you want as of now :)
