Help! No matter how much Chapstick, lip balm, scrubs, etc. I use, my lips are always chapped! Granted the lip scrubs help immediately, but last only a few hours. Does anyone know of anything I can do?! It becomes annoying when trying to wear lipstick of any sort!

Have you tried a lip primer before lipstick? I use a toothbrush sometimes when my lips get dry before my primer and lipstick.

I actually drink TONS of water each day. I haven't even thought about a lip primer. It would be worth a try.

Exfoliate! I use a sugar scrub that works wonders when my lips get chapped. Tastes good, too!

First make sure you're hydrated. If you aren't it really attacks your skin. Before you go to bed apply a thick coat of chap stick or even moisturizer. In the morning scrub your lips with a clean toothbrush. Next apply more Chapstick and apply it throughout the day.
