Where did you guys get your makeup vanity desk?

I'm looking to purchase one, but everything is like over 600$ which my parents would never spend on me... Any suggests?

I got a normal desk from Home Hardware and I've just put some storage container on and underneath it to store my makeup in. It works great and then I can take all my storage stuff with me when I go away to school

I use the IKEA Micke desk: http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/60180036/#/40180042

It's about the same size as the original MALM dressing table, and the only differences are: it's a two tone [birch/white] effect, one leg is made of metal [I prefer the asymmetrical look anyways] and it has two drawers instead of one long drawer, so it's two-person friendly if you have a friend getting ready at your vanity with you. =)

I purchased it when it was on sale for $65, but it's back up to $99... still, it's a GREAT value since my tiny starter vanity I bought from Coaster (http://furniture.pricegrabber.com/bedroom-collections-sets/Coaster-Fine-Furniture-Vanity-Table-Set-Cappuccino-Coaster/m718377410.html) was $120 and fit no more than a 1/4 of the stuff I have now... [so bad, hoarding!]  =/
