I've been reading a lot about using ground coffee beans in the shower to get rid of cellulite, but I was wondering if anyone has a less messier method of doing this? I'm worried the ground beans might clog up my drain.
Hmmm... I've found that even using your loofa with a good exfoliator will help BUT for this particular trick (to get the benefits of the caffein) I would try putting the ground in your wash rag first that way they will get trapped in there but you will still get the benefits.. :)
I read about this too and gave it a try. The best thing would be to dry brush your legs first for 5-10 minutes and then I applied a mixture of already brewed coffee grounds and mixed it with a bit of cocoa nut oil/baby oil and then slathered it on so it was kinda like a paste, and then wrapped my legs in clear wrap and left it for about 20 minutes. It seriously works wonders and makes your skin and legs after about 2 weeks of doing this every other day really good. You could always every so often just drain-o your drain haha it could work, i've been doing this for a while and mine's never clogged up once.
Wrap up the coffee grounds in cheese cloth beforehand, they shouldnt be able to get loose and cause trouble, plus it makes for a convient little pouf in the shower, i do this with oatmeal for my dry skin all the time and never have drain issues

Hi everyone,
I've been reading a lot about using ground coffee beans in the shower to get rid of cellulite, but I was wondering if anyone has a less messier method of doing this? I'm worried the ground beans might clog up my drain.
Thanks!
