I would definitely visit your Doctor and see what he/she says. I know some birth controls can make acne worse, but if you've been on the pill for awhile and haven't switched brands then I don't think that's it. I've never heard of the pill making acne worse after they've been on it for awhile., but I'm not a doctor. :)
Also, I don't think it's good for your skin to use a clarisonic everyday. I've read in several places that that can actually do more harm than good. Maybe cut back a bit and see if that helps?
I can only imagine how frustrating this is, because acne can be caused by so many things and everyone's skin is different. No one has the perfect answer and you just have to experiment and try to rule things out. :(

The first step to figuring out what's effecting your skin so badly is to stop EVERYTHING. No makeup, no fancy products, and if need be, stop your birth control. Invest in unscented, hypo-allergenic face washes and moisturisers and drink lots of water, while avoiding fast food and anything that's fried. If your skin clears up, start to re-introduce things slowly into your routine. If your skin doesn't improve, go and see a doctor or dermatologist about it.
I know that going out with no makeup may be really nervewracking, but if you feel this strongly about your skin, you need to make clearing it up your top priority.

it's tough because when you use birth control sometimes it could be the cause... I've heard from girls that it breaks you out a lot in the beginning and sometimes it doesn't at all. I would stop using everything on your face for about 2 weeks, no makeup, just use a warm towel and pat your face. That would help detox your skin in a way... if you have acne prone skin I've heard that its not good to use the clarisonic on a daily basis since it's just causing more damage to your skin that needs to heal from the acne.
I'd say take a break from everything and add it in your routine one at a time just to see whats the cause. Stay on the pill though and if worse comes to worse I would go to the dermatologist.
