If you're willing to invest, Make Up Forever Matte Velvet Foundation is amazing! Has never broke me out, amazing coverage & great oil control.. Also Dermablend makes a foundation specifically for acne-prone skin which is full FULL coverage, but doesn't do much in terms of oily skin so you'd need a blotting or matte powder with that one.. x

Estee Lauder Double wear is pretty bomb and i like mufe mat velvet too. Try use milk of magnesia prior to foundation it controls oil like no other i cant not use it when i do my makeup.

I think the most important part of having oily skin is powdering and priming. I use the de slick spray from urban outfitters and Laura mercier's mineral finishing powder. It's a combo that pretty much sets any foundation. Also, applying acne treatment under your moisturizer before your makeup routine really helps acne.
