Hi Christina. I'm a natural brunette (dark brown) and for the last year (up until 2 months ago) I keep my hair a level 6 intense red. I chose to not color my brows (which are black) and instead lightened them up a bit by just using makeup). As far as lipstick. I found that my favorite MAC red still worked (Russian Red). I've also been able to wear Ruby Woo when my hair was red and it looked just fine. I'd say that if you apply your lipstick and find it's too blue based, you can line and fill your lips with a warner red liner. Have fun with you red hair (I'm going back to red myself next week).

Thank you both for the help! I appreciate it :) Glad my Ruby Woo might still work! Good idea with the lip liner too.

Red lipstick is less about your hair then about your skin tone. Ruby Woo (which is the best red lipstick EVER!!!) should still be fine.
As for your brows, I recommend instead of a brow pencil, getting a burgundy shadow at the MAC counter and filling your brows in that way. This way your mixing in a little of the red tone while darkening your brows.

When I do my reds... On clients and myself, I always use a similar (not always the same) formulation to color my brows, just leave it on long enought that the color has turned and if you're not sure, wipe a section away... If its taken enough, wipe it off and rinse, if not smudge the color back on and wait a few more minutes
