Sometimes the skin under my eye and around it gets really dry and flakey, what I do is put a couple drops of jojoba oil on a q-tip and dab it on the dry area. Lasts all day without looking greasy after it absorbs. Hope this helps :)
There are also some really good under eye creams to help hydrate and under eye primers as well too! Go into sephora and talk to a skin expert and they can give you a sample to take home and try! :)
Try using balm for night or oil. For example dr Haushka eye balm or even simple olive oil will go as well. If u want something costly than La Prairie eye contour balm.
Mac energising eye cream I TOTALY love it or lush enchanting eyes! Also get Claris quenching mask! U can put it on ur eyes n sleep n take off the next morning as ur eyes will have absorbed the moisture , it will look revitalised ! Hope it helps!
Thanks ladies!! I've been using jojoba oil. I will try some of the things you suggested!! I don't know id my eye makeup remover is drying my under eye area. My under eyes never had lines before I really got into makeup =\
