I'm definetly a huge fan of the naked Pallete && naked2 Pallete, pretty similar shade wise, but the sephora Pantone universe colors (something like that) is fantastic as well!
it depends, most huge palettes tend to be chalcky and sometimes hard to blend, but if you want lots of colors BH or costa scents, I think crownbrush have some, I am bot sure, but they make paletter other companies sell for a bigger price.
so just check your otions, a brand that is fair I would say is NYX, for singles sometie they have good palettes as well.
Depending on what your budget is the coastal ones are really nice, pigmented and easy to blend. Elf has really nice palettes for beginners. But inglot or sugarpill are very pigmented lots of different colors and blend do nicely. Hope this helped :)
