If you can occupie your time for 10-15 mins I would say "Seche Vite dry fast top coat" just make sure you seal the tips of your nails as well. Watch a tv show and before you know it your good to go. It also has an amazing glossy look. Good luck!
Olivia, there is always the waving of hands or lots of blowing. If you haven't tried Nail polish strips, they are real nail polish but it doesn't require any drying. Check tinninails.com to see them

I'm such an impatient person and can't stand waiting for my nails to dry. Do you guys have any tips or tricks to shorten drying time?

Put a bowl of water in the freezer until it gets really really Cold. Take it out and dip your nails into it:)

I have heard that drying drops are like magic. I haven't used the drops but I use an OPI spray and I swear by it. I got mine at Ulta.

OPI Drip Dry Drops. You just need to make sure that 1 minute has passed after applying top coat. If not it will wrinkle.
