Let's face it, times are hard and your cash doesn't go as far as it used to. Due to economical crisis, the price of everything's gone up whilst that unglossed curve on your lips has drastically descended. What's a girl to do, eh?
Well, there is still hope in the form of online discount cosmetic stores...
It really depends on what you're buying. I find the big, designer brands are just as expensive on Ebay sometimes, but the websites I mention in this article are brilliant for massive discounts :)
i always check ebates and see if something has cashback or a code i can use...
hautelook, is having a sale on urban decay at the moment ;)
you could subscribe to an email list and see whn they have free shipping or stuff, like maccosmetics.com, urbandecay.com etc...
I know this might be random but Urban Decay is having their own sale- got an eyeshadow palette marked down from 36 to 12 bucks because its being discontinued!
Anyhoo, I would say eBay (just be careful, of course), and try shopping at a CCO (Cosmetics Company Outlet) as well. CCOs sell the brands owned by the Lauder Group (Estee Lauder, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Origins, Prescriptives, Clinique, others). You'll often find items from collections from a year ago or more, and you'll sometimes find permanently-available products, all discounted. Unfortunately, you cannot find You can also hit up blog sales (use your Google-fu for that), or do a swap on Makeup Alley.
http://www.allcosmeticswholesale.co... have lots of older MAC products that are hard to find! They have plenty of other brands too though. I've purchased from them before and I've never been disappointed :)
