Neutrogena Healthy Skin, or maybe the new L'Oreal True Match Lumi foundation?

(Important note regarding the latter: It may contain bismuth oxychloride, something usually found in mineral foundations. It's not an unsafe ingredient, but it is a skin irritant.)

Rimmel wake me up foundation I haven't personally used this but I've heard that it is really dewy and makes you look as if you are glowing!

NYX would be the best choice from a drugstore.. Revlon Photo Ready will give you a matte look.. not a dewy, so skip that one. Also, if you have an Ulta around you.. I would suggest getting NYX from there instead of CVS.. CVS likes to jack up prices VERY high. Literally $3-$4 more.
