So I am a new Beauty Guru on Youtube and I want to review different products however I don't have the money to buy itt, different brands such as NARS (I REALLY wanna review their stuff) are not within my price range yet I really want to review their products. Any Ideas on websites or any tips I can use to get stuff to review, will be much appreciaated :)
Tell them that u what to have samples of there thangs to see how that's tern out and u what to post it on line and it can them get more people to bye there thaings
I don't want to sound like a control freak or someone who thinks they know all, but i recommend you do NOT pester companies for free things, It is, first of all, a trait that shows that you only joined youtube for free stuff even though that may not be the case, and second of all, there might come a time when they are actually looking for someone to sponsor them but you are off the list because you were relentless. **when I say you I am not talking specifically about YOU I am just using it as a generic pronoun.
I think you should just wait until a company contacts you.
I'm with Dana. Just look for companies that sell cheap sample sizes (fyrinnae comes to mind). A lot of indie mineral makeup brands do this, fyrinnae for instance sells their eyeshadow minis for around $3. You can just get a bunch of minis to review and you'll also be directing people to brands they may not have otherwise heard of. And i don't work for this comp or anything, my order just came in the mail today so i could easily check the slip for the minis cost. :)
