I'm now 29 and I've always been v lax with my routine but reading on here has made me realise I need to get my act together and sort my skin out. I've got no clue where to start and am hoping you all can help me out. I'm based in the UK and on a limited budget so suggestions that are easily available here and reasonably priced would be much appreciated.
I've naturally got very dry skin and suffer from guttate psoriasis. On my face this seems to mix with major oil in the t-zone to the point where I quite often end up with a thick layer of oil over flaky skin. I've got clogged pores (mostly very noticeable in the t-zone but also a fair few on the cheeks) but don't often suffer breakouts (just a sole spot here and there, usually on the cheeks, chin or forehead but rarely on the nose or upper lip).
I've been using the Avon Clearskin Professional range but I'm guessing that as it contains glycolic acid it's probably way too harsh.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

There was an article about skincare not too long ago on here, I think it was called "A primer in the skin care basics." Or maybe look around the "Articles" section...It'll tell you everything...steps, instructions, and why its important!
