My favorite gel liner is from Bobbi Brown. That stuff doesn't budge for nothing in the FL heat/humidity. I use a several brushes depending on how thin or thick a line I want. For a super thin line I use a synthetic hair brush that has a fine bristles from Michaels craft store (can't beat the $3.99 price tag either) or my Stila gel liner brush that I purchased 12 years ago that gives me a more thicker line (which they no longer make except as dual brush and I hate those since I can't have them stand up in my brush jar). And then I have a few from Sigma (another great brush line).
i've been using the bobbi brown one for about a year now.. well i stopped for about 6 months and switched to liquid liner and just started using it again.. but find that it's smudging on me even if i set it.. don't know what happened.. so i'm thinking about trying inglot's gel eyeliner or MUFE gel liner.. :)
I really like the Inglot gel liners with an angled liner brush. I find that the 2 combined give a really nice smooth line and make winging a lot easier. The Inglot liners dry really quickly and dont smudge easily and can last through a whole day still looking fresh!

I like the Wet n Wild & Ruby Kisses gel liner. I like using either a bent eyeliner brush or the classic eyeliner brush I ordered from Coastal Scents.
