Brittany....congrats on starting your business. :) First off the layout is great. Its simple and nothing is flashing out at you with music or blinding visual clips so that is a plus. I currently assist business start-ups with every aspect of their company (hiring, training, copywriting, etc) so I'm often asked to comment on their websites before they go live. You should write in first person to give it a more personal feel because it reads a little jilted. I spotted a spelling error and there are some sentence structure issues that make it a little difficult to understand what your trying to get across to the reader. As far as pricing goes I would make tat covering a flat rate simply because the wearer may think that her tat is small while you may disagree. Unless your covering someone's entire back(for obvious reasons) I would make it flat rate. I would also remove the link to input contact info because as well all know technology has a way of acting up and those type of links act up quite frequently. From a consumer standpoint I find them quite annoying because if I like to speak to someone immediately I want to be able to pick up the phone and call. You should list your phone number and email address. I hope this is the type of advice you were looking for...if not I hope it was still beneficial for you. :) Congrats again. :)
your website looks great.. its simple but it also has everything i would need to know as a client. there is a few spelling errors.. you might want to fix that.. but other than that i think its great! (:
I would suggest having a separate page for your gallery of work. Maybe then people could see the pictures bigger? Having a click through option would be good too instead of waiting for the transitions :)
Jordana thanks for the feedback! There is actually a next button on the slide show on the front page and I'm going to be setting up a page directed towards my online portfolio soon!
