I use Clinique in the bottle because my eyes are sensitive and wipes irritate them, but if my eyes werent sensitive I would love the Neutrogena wipes that you can get at like CVS

Sephoras makeup remover is amazing!
It's not the biggest bottle ever though .
It lasted me a very very very long time and makeup doesn't last me long... :l
But it has blue and like a clear in the container you can see it
Theeeeeen at the top were the makeup remover exits it's so great because it doesn't let a lot come out but it's like enough to take off alot !

HOMEMADE MAKE-UP REMOVER / BABY WIPES
I have been eyeballing several postings on Pinterest about homemade make-up removers. The price of the store bought ones just make me mad! Its just a container full of little pads the size of half-dollars saturated in a liquid that magically makes my raccoon eyes disappear. For the past several years, I have been purchasing a specific name brand of eye make-up remover. Don't get me wrong; I do love the product, but I just cringe each month when I spend an average of $4.50 per container of little disposable pads just to take off my mascara!

Upon review of the recipe, I noticed the mixture for make up remover was almost identical to baby wipes (with the only difference being coconut oil in lieu of baby oil)! Since, I was going to Allie's baby shower over the weekend, I decided to make a batch of "diaper" wipes AND (why not) make-up remover. What do I have to loose?

I purchased a roll of Bounty paper towels (I have also been told you could use Viva), a bottle of baby oil, a bottle of baby wash and a (air tight/waterproof) canister big enough to hold 1/2 a roll of paper towels.

I cut the roll of paper towels in half, but I learned you DO NOT USE A SEGREGATED KNIFE (lesson learned, as it will tare apart the sheets!)

I inserted one of the halves of paper towels into a canister.

In a measuring cup, I mixed together 2 cups of distilled (or boiled and cooled) water, 1 1/2 tablespoon of baby bath and 1 tablespoon of baby oil.

I poured the entire liquid mixture into the canister and over the roll of paper towels. The water mixture slowly absorbed into the paper towels. I sealed the container and let it sit for approximately 30 minutes.

After the paper towels are completely saturated, I removed the cardboard center from the roll of paper towels. The paper towel sheets uncoiled and I easily tore off two sheets of BABY WIPES! Ta Da!! That's it. Its that simple! It takes only a few minutes to make up a batch and I figure it costs (not including the canister) less than $1.50 per batch. And best of all, they truly work on removing eye make-up!

I use micellar water (I like Caudalie's cleansing water; if you want an alternative that's less expensive, Yves Rocher makes one as well; and you may know the Bioderma one for sensitive skin is a popular choice) or wipes.

I use and recommend MAC makeup remover wipes but if thats out of the question, my 2nd recommendation would be the Up & Up makeup remover wipes at Target.

My go to is the makeup remover wipes that you get in bulk at target (I believe it's Kirkland brand) and if I'm dealing with some stubborn makeup (cough*They're Real*cough) I used Clinique's Take the Day Off.

I have used Neutrogena wipes but they burn my eyes, as do Olay wipes.
i used to use Baby wipes but I find that they are too harsh on my eyelids.

I love the Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover - it works really well and is very affordable. For cleansing wipes, I love theirs, particularly the hydrating one since my skin is dry-combo but they're not always the most effective on waterproof eye makeup. Both are affordable and I have repurchased several times.

The one I love from the drugstore is Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover, is very gentle I can even get it on my waterline and it doesn't irritates me.
It says is oil free, but I'd say you still have the feeling of oil, if you don't mind that, it is perfect price is around 6 or 7 dollars and one swipe and the makeup comes off, I don't like any waterproof makeup so never tried it on that, but yeah I still think you are getting an amazing makeup remover for an awesome price

Up & Up makeup remover wiped from Target!! They take off everything!! And Neutrogena eye makeup remover for eye makeup. Jojoba oil is also amazing to remove makeup!

I agree with the others, jojoba/ olive/ coconut oil works wonderfully. It won't clog your pores, it's moisturizing, and cost effective.
