My hair hasn't grown in such a LONG time.
I straighten it everyday, but now I'm not doing it that much anymore. I scrunch it now. And in my shampoo'/condioner - I get head and shoulders with that polymier zinc or something like that, I don't quite remember! But I heard that makes your hair grow? It looks longer honestly, but anyways, any other remedies to fast growing hair? ,

Since you aren't flat ironing everyday how often are you using it? Head and Shoulders is drying to the scalp so if its not getting proper nutrients then the hair isn't going to respond like you want it to (which is hair growth). Zinc is only a benefit for hair if taken internally as oppossed to a topical method. If you are deficient in zinc internally then it will result in hair loss but if you take too much zinc internally it can backfire on you. If you're looking to grow out your hair to the desired length (to your back) I highly suggest laying off the heat if possible ( or at least using less of it) and starting a deep conditioning program. Retire the shampoos that contain sodium laureth sulfate/sodium lauryl sulfate because these chemicals dry out hair. Also invest in some great oils such as coconut or jojoba oil, olive oil. In your pic here your ends are screaming for moisture so you can apply those oils on your ends ( I would also use the jojoba oil on the scalp...just lightly though and massage into your scalp). I hope this helps you some. :)
