I am just getting into makeup and am currently still on maternity leave so I am taking this time to practice. Are there any good setting sprays or mists that I can pick up at my local drugstore for the time being? I don't really like the pressed powder as my last step
The elf one works well, but it smells REALLY bad (vomit and cheese is the closest I can come to describing it). The Make Up For Ever one is only $10, and it doesn't smell nearly as bad (still has that faint vitamin smell to it, but it fades quickly, unlike the elf one)
I honestly liked Fix+ to take the cakiness look away from my face after powder but didn't seem to do too well with setting the makeup so it would stay longer?? I love the Skindinavia setting spray!!
Fix+ is not a product you want to use to keep your makeup on longer. Its good for prepping the skin before and after face makeup to eliminate cakiness and uneven skin tone. If you want something that will set your makeup and keep it all night I would go with the urban decay all nighter spray!

Ok that sounds good. Thanks ladies. Either that or I'll end up at MAC spending $200 ;-)

So far I see I had to reapply the Fix+ a couple of time throughout the evening. Is this the case with the others?

Urban decay is by skindinavia and fantastic, they have an all-nighter spray, one for dry skin and the other for oily. I'd def look into those!
