The cut can be cute... But hers could be her own fault and/or her stylist. Find a good hairstylist and show that to her. I often take a look at what my clients want and make my own suggestions/tweaks. Her hair is a little unbalanced... And not in a good way. Asymmetrical cuts are edgy and can always work with current trends, but they have to be done right.
