If so, did your skin (or hair) improve? I've started taking it to benefit my hair, but I'm breaking out horribly. My skin had been clear for a long time. I'm taking a small amount (350mg) daily and increased my water from 2L to 3L.
Yikes!!! I would stop taking that and grab some Omega pills for the hair. One of the main side-effects of sulfur on the body is the breaking out that you are experiencing and this is your body's way of saying;"Nichole, I love ya girl but this mess ain't working for me." This stuff is damaging to the liver and kidney and can cause gastro distress (tummy issues). No amount of water is going to help resolve the issue....you need to just stop taking it. If you're trying to use something to benefit your hair I suggest taking Omega 3 pills...essentially fatty acids needed to maintain healthy hair growth and healthy skin as well. Take no more than 3g of this and you should be fine. And pick it up at Wholefoods or a health food store...what is sold at GNC is loaded with junk.
