I use Up and Up's Apricot scrub before bed and clean and clear bursting beads in the morning. After, I apply some cream acid (made for zits) to the zits and then an organic lotion all over my face. I hope this helps! If it doesn't, here is a natural and easy DIY.
Baking soda mixed with lemon juice and put it to the zit before bed and it should zap it.
You can use just baking soda if you' like.
Another way is to put ice on it for about 10 minutes throughout the day 3 times.
That should help the redness and make the swelling go down.
