I've been trying to open this base coat for the past few days and it is just barley used. I don't want to buy another one becuase it is a little pricey. Tricks to open it?

Try running it under hot water? Maybe it can help melt the product enough to let you open it. Good luck! I know how annoying that is.

Maybe try taking a q-tip with acetone to the bottle. I hope you can get it open, thats my favorite topcoat!
