I recently broke out with these tiny bumps on my forehead that itch like crazy... What can they be... Any tips?

Have you tried a new product recently? You might be reacting to that....An allergic reaction will happen within minutes to an hour whether something topical or ingested... if not that, something definitely irritated your skin (aka dermatitis) and this can be caused by numerous things either from prolonged use or immediate response. In the interim definitely use 'sensitive-friendly' products....good luck!

Definitely sounds like an allergic reaction. I'm a fan of clear Benadryl lotion. I get these types of things all the time.
Try to think 1-4 days before the bumps if you were exposed to anything weird. Did you go somewhere you don't usually go? Combine two products you don't usually combine? Sometimes allergic reactions, particularly a contact dermatitis, is a delayed immune response. So it can take a few hours to a few days to show up.
