Can anyone kindly advise how I can take take of my perm? Can I comb it? I feel that my hair is really dry.

You have to keep your hair really moisturized because perm can really strip the natural oils from your hair. Use a good deep conditioner and oils like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and argon oil are good for keeping your hair moisturized.
