I use to have a horrible habit of biting my nails and since nails are so Trendy these days i finally took the chance to grow them! very exciting but the down fall is they take forever to grow iam not sure if my habit was the cause of this but my nails are tiny. I wish i could have regular size nails like every other person out there and i hope this will change! Anywho, i would like some tips on how to grow them nice and fine like every other nail artsy out there. Thank You!
Constantly painting them and using nail hardened calcium nail polish. Any nail polish that promotes growth. I had a horrible nail biting habit that I was able to kick once I started taking care of my nails and painting them. Lol one habit to another pretty much.
@Courtney M. : thank you! i will look forward to purchasing the item.

Hey I've tried vitamins, fish oil, krill oil, and green shakes!! Pretty much help your hair, nails, AND skin. But it's not helpful until you have something to immediately help your nails. I know this sounds weird but my family is from Cuba, they were rationed everything they had to live on. Became resourceful quick, they found garlic made their nails extremely strong and grow fast.
So garlic really smells and most people wouldn't want to rub it on their nails and put a glove on.. Unless you can deal with the stink and wash away with something strong.
But what you CAN do is buy a nail polish hardener with garlic in it.
Might be hard to find but look online. I've bought from small drugstores in Miami so nowhere I can really recommend!
But this really works. :)
Butter brand has a treatment called Horse Power Nail Fertilizer is a 1 week treatment and rocks... I had brittle peeling nails and this whipped them into shape :) Sold at Ulta and online for around $14

Biotin helps your hair and nails to grow faster. That should help. It's like five dollars at Walmart
