How do I tell my mom I want to wear makeup
" are you proud of me mom?"
" why yes I loveee you darlin"
" then let me express myself so I can see what you see in me"
If my daughter said that to me- I would tear up and be all for it(:
But Jillian, the truth is you are beautiful. You are lucky to have that naturally.. So don't ever lose that

depends on your mom. my mom is weird, like certain things she it overly strict and then other things she doesn't care about. i never asked to wear make up i just started gradually wearing it. but i was 13 when i began wearing make up. only eyeliner and a little powder. but you are young and beautiful. so if anything maybe you could wear a tinted moisturizer to give you a glowing look. don't take away from your natural beauty.

Start with a little like foundation, powder and mascara, and then later on down the road a little bit of naturaly colored eyeshadow... Just dont go over board... I did that after wearing make up for a year or two and then almost lost ALL make up privileges... Eeepp! 0.0
