That just screams fake.
Never, ever buy high end things from people on eBay unless it's a seller TheSublimeAgent on YouTube talked about in a video of his. You (general use) is better off purchasing it straight from Sephora, no matter what the cost.

DEFINITELY fake. Naked 2 comes in a sturdy, metal palette. Not cardboard. And yes, I'm pretty sure you can dispute this. It's clearly fake.

Well, change Sephora to wherever you can get Urban Decay, ha. I know there are a few places since I Googled it, so just stick with those places where you can get products from that brand.
