i have no idea whats healthy, lol. but i change my nails simply whenever i get bored of them. so this could be every day, or once a week if i really like them. typically on average i change them two times a week. and i definitely fix them if there are any chips :)
I paint my nails once or twice a week,i have tons of different nail polishes and i use the Professionail that you buy at walmart it works great ! It really looks like youve gotten em professionally done !

I paint my nails two or three times a week! I think doing them everyday wouldn't be a good idea. The remover would be too much for your nails to handle everyday! To protect them, always use a basecoat and a topcoat. I like OPI's Nail Envy as a basecoat and Seche Vite's topcoat. Also, never cut your cuticles! Definitely push them back, but cutting them isn't good for them. I would use a cuticle remover, Orly has a good one but I can't think of the name! And everyday I use Burt's Bees Lemon Buttee Cuticle Cream on my nails/cuticles. It improves the look of my nails 100%. Hope I helped!(:
whenever i feel like it which is one every 3 weeks lol I'm too lazy to keep up with them! i just leave it on there till it chips away sometimes which is so not girly :/ lol
Wow! I'm so jealous for all of you who's polish lasts longer than 2 days. I change mine 3x-4x times a week. I chip on the 2nd or 3rd day. I also have brittle peeling nails.
I've switched from using store-bought polish to having a CND shellac manicure done ... and it lasts me about 3 weeks. Yes, it's pricey but worth it since I don't have to fuss over my nails for weeks at a time.
One should take polish off as soon as it starts to chip or peel. Do not pick it off please as that may peel your real nail along with the polish. Using a base coat and top coat is vital to the stay-ability ...make sure to reapply top coat every other day just to freshen up the polish and do not go more than ten days so the coats don't build up too much. Remove with acetone remover and adding a cuticle oil to your regime will help with not only your cuticles but the nail health.
I'm an absolute polish addict! I hate the way my nails look without polish! and I always change my colour every week, sometimes for my blogging. But every now and again I give my nails a long break and go months without polish to give it time to grow out all the staining. I always use a base coat aswell to help protect them and If I'm wearing dark colours I'll make sure I soak off the polish rather than swiping it. If you do have staining, try buffing them with a nail buffer gently. I use Leighton Denny Renovate! Make my nails look pink ad healthy everytime! :)
Once every week. I'll usually go 1-2 weeks without polish just to let my nails breath after a month of wearing polish. It does wonders for me to just refrain from polish once in a while!
I change my nail polish probably about every 4 to 7 days. I find that any more than that, my nails start to get weak, kind of gross and just not healthy. The break easier and what have you. I'm guessing it's the acetone in the nail polish remover. But they are perfect when I stick to every 4 to 7 days :)
Once a week if it holds up well....a few months ago I went through a period where i painted them almost everyday, that was when I worked at a salon and had downtime there that is what we would do! lol
