I usually change my nail polish about every two days, but sometimes if life is getting hectic I tend to forget about doing it and run around with horrible chipped nails haha, I know, I know, beauty crime . I apologize ;)

Im way too meticulous about how i do my nails, so i take way too long to do them. Filing, cuticles, etc. If possible, i'd do it once a week. But usually i don't have time, so i'll do it once. I think whatever floats your boat. :)

I'm one of those girls who "Keep Calm & Paints Her Nails" .. I do might as soon as my existing nail polish starts to chip! I never worry about them matching my outfit or whatever either, imperfection is most beautiful! and you can think of it as a colour block ;)

Oh, I'm terrible. Probably every or every other day. I am so picky, once I see a small chip, it's got to come off!

Ha ha—I think we change our nails at least five times a week at Beautylish HQ! Comes with the territory :) Though, it can really take a beating on my nails. I make sure to moisturize hardcore and I'm religious about cuticle oil. I let them go bare for a week or so every couple of months to give them some breathing room.

usually once a week, because my nails tend to get sooo dry so it's not good for my nails to change the nail polish too often. What a harm :/

I change mines every 4 days. I get bored of the color quick and usually by that time theres at least ONE nail that has chipped and triggers make to take it off and put on a new color.

Once a week if it holds up well....a few months ago I went through a period where i painted them almost everyday, that was when I worked at a salon and had downtime there that is what we would do! lol

I change my nail polish probably about every 4 to 7 days. I find that any more than that, my nails start to get weak, kind of gross and just not healthy. The break easier and what have you. I'm guessing it's the acetone in the nail polish remover. But they are perfect when I stick to every 4 to 7 days :)

Once every week. I'll usually go 1-2 weeks without polish just to let my nails breath after a month of wearing polish. It does wonders for me to just refrain from polish once in a while!

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I like to be creative and change my nail polish every 4-6 days.

I'm an absolute polish addict! I hate the way my nails look without polish! and I always change my colour every week, sometimes for my blogging. But every now and again I give my nails a long break and go months without polish to give it time to grow out all the staining. I always use a base coat aswell to help protect them and If I'm wearing dark colours I'll make sure I soak off the polish rather than swiping it. If you do have staining, try buffing them with a nail buffer gently. I use Leighton Denny Renovate! Make my nails look pink ad healthy everytime! :)

One should take polish off as soon as it starts to chip or peel. Do not pick it off please as that may peel your real nail along with the polish. Using a base coat and top coat is vital to the stay-ability ...make sure to reapply top coat every other day just to freshen up the polish and do not go more than ten days so the coats don't build up too much. Remove with acetone remover and adding a cuticle oil to your regime will help with not only your cuticles but the nail health.

I've switched from using store-bought polish to having a CND shellac manicure done ... and it lasts me about 3 weeks. Yes, it's pricey but worth it since I don't have to fuss over my nails for weeks at a time.

Wow! I'm so jealous for all of you who's polish lasts longer than 2 days. I change mine 3x-4x times a week. I chip on the 2nd or 3rd day. I also have brittle peeling nails.

Usually once or twice a week! Unless the specific polish I'm using chips really bad, then I'll repaint them right away!

Once a week. If it starts chipping I just remove the nail polish and leave it that way for the rest of the week. (:
