I need help finding a not too pricey product for my brows that won't come off until I use makeup remover on them. Using just eye shadow or just eye liner isn't working out too well & they become super greasy & smudge all over.

You should try using eye liner & eye shadow together. I outline them in pencil & then blend/smudge it with a brush to create my eyebrow shape & then I go over it in a powder to lock it in and keep it in place. Then if I am going to have a long day I use a eye brow gel or clear mascara (:

I've tried using liner & shadow together & they still just like sweat off really bad ha. But I'm definitely going to try that NYC pencil. Thanks loves!
