So I have been hearing pretty amazing things about honey, what can you use it for?

honey can be used for facial masks, and on the body too. Honey prevents free radical damage to the skin tissue, it also softens, conditions and moisturizes skin, so its really good for extra dry skin.
I think you can add some brown sugar and make it into a body scrub or lip exfoliator! :)
It's also just good for drinking in tea and warm milk in general! Honey is anti-bacterial and apparently can help with a sore throat. I have tried it in a cup of milk and then warmed it in the microwave. I would say it temporarily helped my sore throat.
I use honey as a facial cleanser. I use Rimmel makeup remover first (honey alone doesn't remove makeup well). Then I mix 1/4 tsp of raw honey with a few drops of bottled water in my hand. The water makes the honey easier to spread. I apply it all over my face (except the eye area usually) and massage it in then rinse off with tap water.
I have Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face and some areas look really good except for a little flaking. But the discoloration is gone. Other areas have improved but haven't totally cleared. But I'm OK with that because I think honey is very good for my skin overall. Someone just told me the other day they didn't believe I was almost 40 yo because of how good my skin looks! Yay, me!

You can moisten your face with a small bit of water before applying the honey. This makes it way easier to spread, but you don’t want to water down the honey. Try splashing some water on your face, then patting it almost dry with a towel.
I often follow my honey mask with an apple cider vinegar toner, then moisturize with coconut oil. Don’t worry–the wonderful fragrances from the honey and coconut oil override the potency of the vinegar.

If you apply honey often on a scar it will help fade it. Honey is said to give you energy but I've also read it is like a sedative so IDK it contradicts itself lol

I just wrote about this. Manuka honey has antimicrobial properties that helps clear your skin and it moisturizes your skin without making it oily. I keep a tub in the shower and use it a couple times per week when my skin is already bare (usually the mornings)!
