Has anyone tried this mascara?? the reviews on youtube seem like it does a great job. It is $46 at my Sephora but I am trying to see if it is worth the money!
@Victoria: $46 CAD. (Michelle is Canadian.) But even when you convert it to USD -- and, really, the Canadian and US dollars are fairly equal right now -- it's still more than it costs in the US.
Anyhoo.
I can count the number of high-end mascaras I've used on one hand. Personally, I cannot justify paying a load of money on a mascara when: 1) you have to change them out every three months, and 2) there are a plethora of highly-rated and recommended drugstore mascaras.
Too faced does not make good mascara! I have used and returned Lash Injection and now this one is going back.
This mascara is very wet and takes forever to dry. After I applied it this morning, I smudged my entire cheek with black, tarry mascara. I had to reapply my foundation and blush & that never happens to me with other mascaras.
I'm not sure if I got a bad one, but when I pulled the brush out, all the product came out in one big, giant blob, I had to scape the side of the tube to remove the excess and this stuff goes on CLUMPY! Oh my word, does this stuff clump! I really had to work it to get it to go on smooth and without clumps. I have long lashes to begin with and this product made them look kind of freakishly long. It volumizes pretty well.
This would be a good mascara for somebody with short eyelashes who does not mind working out the clumps when applying it.
I'm trying to imagine on what planet in what parallel universe in which dimension I could possibly decide to spend $46 on mascara. I don't have an answer yet.
That is why i am asking on here if this is even worth it!!
It sucks that Canadian Sephora is much more expensive when our exchange rates are almost on par.

@Jasmine and Michelle Sephora has an amazing return policy I work there and if you dont like something bring it back...if you have your reciept you should get your money back and if not then you should get a store credit....i honestly love this mascara it sounds like jasmine you got a bad one because it shouldnt be clump at all when it comes out. I do normally do another mascara after the third step just ot make sure that he white is really really covered but yea i personally lovei ta nd think it works great....i would suggest trying it out and if you dont like it then return it....
@michelle s. you're better off buying the $30 Christian Dior BLACKOUT Mascara. it is absolutely THE BEST! it adds alot of length AND alot of volume to the lashes!!
Well now that I know Sephora has a great return policy if I use the product then I will definilty try it out, i am going to buy it tomorrow, keep ya updated!
im glad you asked because i haven't seen many youtube videos on it at least not from anyone I'm subscribed too and I've been wondering, i look at it every time i go to sephora but i feel like i have so many mascaras :/
I first saw it on glamourista's (i think thats how you spell it) youtube channel and wanted to try it so bad, i am going to purchase it today after work, i actually tried the Maybelline Ilegal Length mascara this morning and i am sooo in love with it, it makes my eyelashes so long and voluminous!
I really love it, but I do think it's too much for everyday use. @Michelle S. I have been wanting to try the Maybelline Illegal Length mascara, but I heard that the little fibers go into the eyes, but if that's not the case I'm going to give it a try.
When I use the Too Faced Better Than False Lashes System, I use a rubberized mascara such as the Loreal Telescopic to brush the fibers into place and it gives EXTRA length, but other than I think it's fabulous!! Definitely give it a try!
You guys have got me convinced!! Ive had the mascara on for about 4 and a half hours already and i have no trouble with the fibers getting into my eye or any fallout :)

Omg it's 46$ I bought it at my for $35. It's amazing, but I like to use the loreal telescopic after the 3rd step.
