I have black thick eyebrows and i need help knoing how to fill them out I've tried using a dark brown pencil but it doesnt show because I'm dark skinned and when i use a black eyebrow pencil it looks too harsh :( .. What should i do???
Number 1 rule never fill in your eyebrows with black. Try and be a little heavy handed with your dark brown pencil or even try an dark ash brown powder. Be sure once you have gotten them filled in, run a clean mascara wand/spoolie through them to make them look natural. :)

Try lining your eyebrows with a brown gel liner and filling them in with a dark brown eyeshadow thats what I do to mine
I'm dark-skinned, black-haired and I have been using a brown pencil paired with dark brown brow shadow and get a perfect natural effect every time. Start by using the brown pencil as usual, to get a line to use as a guide. Then use an angled semi-stiff brush (I use a Sonia Kashuk brush) and fill in with the darkest-brown shadow you can find. I actually ran out of 'brow shadow' and replaced it with eye shadow (Loreal Wear Infinity in #830 Deep Mocha) and it worked just as good, if not a little better because it was less grainy than the brow shadow. This is a cheap way to get perfect eyebrows--I've even had other women comment on my "perfect brows"!

A dark brown pencil should work. I say search Youtube for guru's of darker skin tone & watch their techniques. Here's some that I follow & love.
