In the middle of next month my boyfriend and I are going to visit his parents and his mom is going to take me to Ulta, this is exciting because I have never been! Since I am a slight type A personality I am already starting to make a list of things to check out once we go. Is there anything that you guys think that I should get? I want to stick with stuff that you can't get at any old store, maybe some butter London colors, NYX stuff, and other goodies. Leave your suggestions below so I can get my list together :)
Haha - I am the same as you! My Ulta is an hour away.. so I am continuously making a list for the next time I go there lol.
NYX jumbo pencils.. I recommend all of them! Haha. Especially Cottage Cheese (shimmery white) and the plain black one (not sure of the name). NYX primers are good, too and their eyeshadows are wonderful as well. I really love the eyeshadow in Charcoal, it's a very dark brown, perfect for the outer corner or a smokey eye! Their eye pencils are comparable to the UD 24/7 ones, I don't own any of the NYX ones, but I've swatched them and they stayed on my hand for a while! They also have a ton of deluxe sample sizes of things by the cash register, you should make your way there first just in case you see something you'd like to try but aren't sure if you'll like it! That's what I do, I like to pick up a few of those and test them out :)
Def NYX! I have some of their lip products and jumbo pencils and i love them. I also love Essence. They have very affordable products and good quality! Oh and if you like bath products, the Ulta brand body cremes and shower gels are always on sale and smell amazing!!!
Thanks for the ideas! I made a list of goodies to get and I'm already up to $93 :/ but i figure with all the bogos they having going right now that will help a lot!
I'd definitely say stock up on NYX! They're cheap and lovely to use! For a price of a MAC lipstick, you probably could buy a handful of NYX round lipsticks! The more the merrier I'd say! =D
