I've been using Clean n Clear's Salicylic Acid Spot Treatment cream for YEARS. It usually gets the job done and I think I have pretty decent skin. Pimples on the chin SUCK. I hate them so much. DON'T pick at them! Just use this stuff and they'll go away on their own.
