I have fairly nice skin other than the occasional zit or two. But everywhere my face especially on my forehead are small bumps. What facewash would be the best for getting rid of this? Thanks for the help!

How does your skin react to things like face wash? Are you sensitive to things like that?

If you have bumps and not really pimples than you should actually try exfoliating. Mix some honey and sugar together and rub it all over your face for 10 minutes than rinse it off. You can do this around 3-4 times a week after you wash your face. Clinique's 3 step formula works pretty well too but it can be pricey.

My face isn't very sensitive and seems to clear up better with face washes with benzol peroxide as the active ingredient but that still doesn't clear up the bumps!

I agree with Lilah. Try a scrub or maybe a mask. Also try a spot treatment. I use Neutrogena's on the spot acne spot treatment :)

Whatever you do don't use Pond's cold cream wash or Olay moisturizers. My grandmother had small bumbs on her face and went to the dermatologist and they said they were the worst for your skin. Not really an answer to your question but I thought it could help!

Cetephil is amazing!

I'm really glad you posted this question, because I have the EXACT same issue, have you found anything that is helpful?

I haven't tried anything yet but I think I might start exfoliating on a more regular basis.
