Do u think tanning is good for your skin

Nope! Overexposure to UVA/UVB rays will age your skin prematurely and leave you vulnerable to skin cancer. That sounds pretty extreme, but tanning too often is definitely bad for you. Just like a few glasses of wine or a little tobacco won't kill you, it's OK to tan sometimes. But frequent tanning will ruin your skin down the road.

NO! It ages the skin no matter if you get it done once a month or once a year. I see compeititors who favor the tanning bed and up close their skin looks like wrinkled hot mess. And what's sad....many of them are much younger than me (I'm 38 years old) and they look like they are hitting 45 years old. @Catey P.....a little tobacco won't kill you. That's what my father-in-law said who died of lung cancer within 6 months of diagnois. He smoked 1 pack of cigs every 2 months and came up with stage 4 lung cancer. Smoking period is bad for you no matter how often you do it.

Shelley- I know, a "little" of a really addictive substance isn't really possible. I was trying to make a point, but I could've used a better substance. But thanks for the reminder!

@Catey P. No hard feelings. :) It just hurt like heck to read that comment knowing what my family had to go thru. I wish everyone would just love the skin that they're in and appreciate it for what it is. You only get once chance with it.
