I like the maybelline great lash brand right now, I use the water proof kind since my eyes water a lot. I do have to say though, when they say it's water proof it's water proof!

I've used Maybelline Great Lash and I just decided to go buy Covergirl's Lash Blast Volume... it's amazing. It separates my lashes SO well and gives them beautiful length and volume! Plus, it's cheap! =]

Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara. it makes my lashes look longer and fuller than any other mascara i've tried. It's not waterproof, but it's super water resistant
I also really like the Maybelline Great Lash "lots of lashes" version. it separates my lashes really really well and isn't clumpy at all.

Fairy drops! It's really really good. I believe it's a Japanese mascara and it can be purchased at Sephora. It works so well! It really makes your lashes appear more full and curled.
