To find out which is cheaper, you can simply go on Sephora/Too Faced/UD and compare the prices. I've always liked TF and hated UDPP and I don't like UD anymore because of their policy changes, so TFSI all the way.

I'm at a dilemma on which to buy. I've tried UDPP and it works pretty well, but how does Too Faced compare? Better? Worse? Which is cheaper? Thanks :)

I've used toofaced shadow ins for years always loved it, and an $18 tube lasts me (personal use) about a year you only need the tiniest bit.
